1) Who We Are & Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ethrebrands’s digital products, licenses, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent).
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account and purchase details.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse or violations.

3) Products, Delivery & License

  • All products are digital goods delivered electronically (no physical shipment).
  • Licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and for personal use only.
  • Delivery is usually instant; some items may require manual processing or verification.

4) Status Labels

Status tags (e.g., Undetected, Updating, Detected) are indicators based on current knowledge – not guarantees. Environments change; use responsibly.

5) Billing

  • Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Taxes may apply depending on your region.
  • Ensure your payment method is valid and authorized.

6) Refunds

No refunds after delivery/activation, except in cases of failed delivery or duplicate charge. If you have an issue, contact support first – we’ll try to help fast.

7) Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for delivered items leads to immediate account suspension and license revocation. Please open a ticket; we resolve legit issues quickly.

8) Support & Uptime

We aim for quick fixes and updates, but no uptime guarantees are provided. Downtime can happen due to third-party changes, maintenance, or unforeseen events.

9) Acceptable Use

  • No resale, sharing, or redistribution of licenses/keys.
  • No reverse engineering or attempting to bypass protections.
  • Follow all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platform.

10) Privacy

We only collect what’s needed to process orders and support you.

11) Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethrebrands are not liable for bans, losses, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

12) Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled by its competent courts.
